Basic Services include apartment rent, utilities (except phone), weekly housekeeping and general maintenance. All apartments are provided basic services. Assisted Living Residents receive 3 meals plus snacks and afternoon hydration cart. Independent Residents received 2 meals a day. Independent Residents may purchase lunch for $120.00 per month.
